Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: Tutoring Services This agreement governs the tutoring services provided. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Service and Pricing We offer 1-on-1 tutoring for middle and high school students in person at the Texas Tech Library in Lubbock, TX, or via Zoom. Our rates and packages are detailed in our pricing chart and must be paid in full before services begin. Package payments are non-refundable and do not expire. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or is a no-show, they will be charged for the full session. 3. Responsibilities Students must be prepared for each session and engage respectfully. Tutors will provide professional, punctual, and effective instruction in a safe learning environment. 4. Confidentiality All information discussed during tutoring sessions is strictly confidential. 5. Liability Our services are supplemental and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. 6. Intellectual Property All educational materials and resources provided by our tutors are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission. 7. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct. 8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lubbock, Texas.
